Karachi : Ufone is the only cellular network which provide 3G services in 10 cities of Pakistan. Ufone begun its 3G free trial offer in Quetta to gave all facilities regarding to internet speed to its customers. The users having 3G enabled smartphones can enjoy this free trial with very fast speed but Ufone gave maximum speed without any distortion for 200 MB usage, after that speed will decreased to 128 kbps for the whole day after 200 MB usage.
According to the information, PTA gave the target to all cellulor mobile phones network to spread their 3G services in minimum 10 cities in Pakistan and duration for that is 1 year but Ufone now giving their services in 10 cities within 35 days, so its a big achievement for Ufone to give fast internet speed to their users.
To avail this service, ufone customers will have to change their network mode form GSM to WCDMA (means 2G to 3G) or restart their handsets. A sms notification will be sent to the subscriber regarding the 3G service activation.
